Now, other than the above "laws", here are some more simple rules: 1) Eat the same food over and over again: Doing this, the body will constantly burn the same calories over and over again. The body will get so used to this that it will do it faster each time. If you eat different foods all the time, your body would need time to consume these new calories. 2) Don't snack without a cause: Never- EVER!- do this. This gives you unwanted fat and more calories to burn. Always give yourself a treat when you deserve it or accomplish a goal. This will keep you content in two ways, 1) satisfaction that you are helping yourself lose weight, and 2) that it will get you to achieve more. Following these simple rules can help you lose weight drastically. It is not only "dieting" that helps us lose weight, its also how we choose to follow those diet. We have to make sure we follow them right in order to lose weight the right way. |
