American biopharmaceutical company, which is called Vivus Inc., has informed about sending to the Food and Drug Administration ( FDA) a requirement for approval of a new drug, named Qnexa. The drug-candidate is prescribed for people who suffer from obesity, overweight and chronic diseases, such as diabetes and high blood pressure.

This requirement is based on perfect results of Qnexa in a number of experiments and researches, which have shown, that taking this drug helps to get rid of extra weight. People, who took part in these experiments, lost more than 17 kg of additional weight. It also suits all the conditions and principles of the FDA, which were issued for products, prescribed to lose weight.

Now, stocks of Vivus Inc. are really high, and the company itself becomes more and more popular. The president of the company ensured government of the USA to provide him with grants in order to make Qnexa available to everyone, no matter how rich the person is.
