Default To lose weight...drink milk!
You probably hear said years ago that the milk and milk products are good for losing weight. In fact, the studies on its effects on the weight loss abound. Thus, it would seem that an increased consumption of milk, yoghurts and other cheeses combined with a healthy diet and low in calories could foster the weight loss.
Add a dairy products, in the framework of a low-calorie diet for losing weight, would therefore much more effective and it would also help weight loss among people who don’t consume enough.
After these studies and contrary to what we could think, the less people ate milk products (consequently per day or less), more they had won weight, increased their rate of body fat and increased their turn to size. Another interesting, their metabolism at rest, an important factor in the weight loss, had also increased.
This would be the calcium in the milk and milk products which would help us to lose weight. Traditionally, the number of milk products recommended was rather 3 per day but it would be more up to 5 for losing weight fast.
WHAT ARE THE LIMITS ?
The diary products are recognized as a good source of protein, calcium and vitamins.
If you don’t take the minimum quantities of milk products and want to lose weight, increase your consumption.
If you like milk, go right ahead not drink more for losing weight, provided not to pay the excess in yoghurt sweet and cheese bold!
CONCLUSION
For losing weight, it has not miracle solution. If you believe in the idea that lose weight by relying on the cheese or the ice cream, you are wrong. For losing weight, it is better to consume milk products diet, especially the milk, and combined with a low-calorie.
